President Alassane Outtara decorates 3 Key personalities from Cameroon's Cocoa sector, and 15 Others from across the world with Honour Medals

Key personalities of the Cameroon’s cocoa sector among 18 others from cocoa producing countries across the world have been accorded honorific distinctions by the President of Cote d’Ivoire, H.E Alassane Dramane Ouattara. 

The medal award ceremony that held at the end of the 5th Edition of the World Cocoa Conference, took place at the Ivorian Embassy in Brussels, BELGUIM on Wednesday 24th April 2024.

The Grand Chancellor of the Ivorian Order of Valor, H.E Ali Coulibaly in the name of the President of Côte d'Ivoire, conferred upon the following  personalities from Cameroon medals for services rendered to the International Cocoa Organisation over the last decade.

The Minister of Trade, H.E Luc MAGLOIRE MBARGA ATANGANA was raised to the rank of Commander of Valor, while Mr. Michael NDOPING, General Manager of NCCB was raised to Officer of Valor and Mr. Omer Gatien Maledy, Executive Secretary of CICC was conferred the medal of Knight of the Order of Valor.
